Guest Program
Every year, the IMS Steering Committee goes to considerable effort to welcome the families and companions of attendees. The guest program consists of the Guest Suite and a number of organized tours of local attractions.
Guest Suite
The Guest Suite will be located in the Garden Room of the Sheraton Hotel, at the corner of Convention Way and Harbor Blvd (see the map, below). A light breakfast will be available in the suite, and snacks later in the day. Guest attendees will also have free use of the Sheraton swimming pool.
A guest badge will be required for admission to the Guest Suite. These are available free of cost for guests of registered attendees. They can be obtained as part of the registration process. Attendees who have neglected to reserve a guest badge during early registration can obtain one in the on-site registration area of the conference.
